1. Services

Nations Auto Transport LLC ("Company," "we," "us") is a licensed auto transport broker (USDOT #2242498, MC #680498). We arrange vehicle transportation services by connecting customers with licensed motor carriers. We do not own or operate transport vehicles.

2. Booking & Payment

By requesting a quote and accepting our services, you agree to these terms. Payment is due upon dispatch of your vehicle to a carrier unless otherwise arranged for business accounts. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

3. Carrier Selection

We work only with carriers who maintain valid FMCSA operating authority and cargo insurance. We verify insurance coverage before assigning any carrier to your shipment. All carriers must meet our minimum requirements of $100,000 cargo coverage.

4. Vehicle Condition

You must accurately represent your vehicle's condition, including whether it is operable. Inoperable vehicles may require additional fees and specialized equipment. The carrier will conduct an inspection at pickup and delivery, documented on the Bill of Lading.

5. Personal Items

We strongly recommend removing all personal items from your vehicle. Carriers are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles. If items are left in the vehicle, they are transported at your own risk and are not covered by carrier insurance.

6. Insurance & Claims

All carriers in our network carry cargo insurance as required by federal regulations. In the event of damage during transport, claims must be filed with the carrier's insurance. We will assist you in the claims process. Any damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery.

7. Delivery Windows

Estimated pickup and delivery dates are approximations based on typical transit times. Actual dates may vary due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your order before a carrier is dispatched without penalty. Once a carrier has been dispatched, cancellation fees may apply. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.

9. Limitation of Liability

As a broker, our liability is limited to our role in arranging transportation. The motor carrier is responsible for the safe transport of your vehicle. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the broker fee paid for the service.
