When is payment due?

For individuals, payment is due when your vehicle is dispatched to a carrier. Business accounts may have net-30 terms.

Is there a deposit required?

No upfront deposit is required. You don't pay until we've secured a carrier for your vehicle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and checks by mail. ACH payments have no processing fee.

Can I pay the driver directly?

Payment arrangements vary. Your specialist will confirm payment details before pickup.
